Breaking down barriers

Our design team has worked with the African-Caribbean Insurance Network for several years, as it strived to make the London insurance market more inclusive.

We recently helped it rebrand as Equity, reflecting its ambition to represent all ethnic minorities and build a more diverse workforce across the City of London.

We assisted with the selection of the new name, one that demonstrates its expanded remit. We adapted the logo and created a visual support system to enhance the branding.

We built a new website, directed video and photography shoots, branded the office at Lloyd’s, and harmonised templates and social media.

Our work will help Equity boost Black and minority ethnic representation across the Square Mile.
