Every company, large or small, no matter what the sector, sometimes goes through occasions when communication is more delicate, needing to be even more thoughtful and considered than usual. At times of significant change, or crisis, perceptions and communication can have a sudden impact on a business.  When firms are navigating those issues, we often help to them to understand what perceptions are going to look like and how to manage those perceptions.
