Liberty Specialty Markets (Liberty), part of Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, is pleased to announce the promotion of Lillian Hua to the role of head of war and terrorism for Latin America (LatAm) & US, effective 12th January. Hua will have dual reporting lines, to Will Goldberg, chief of staff, LatAm & US, and Mike Burle, global lines leader for war and terrorism.
In her new role, Hua will be responsible for delivering Liberty’s marketing-leading war and terrorism offering to clients in the LatAm & US region. She will work with the global team and broking partners to support clients as they navigate the ever complicated geopolitical risk landscape.
Hua joined Liberty in 2020 and quickly became a key member of the team. She possesses outstanding risk expertise, deep market knowledge and excellent broker relationships, founded on a decade of earlier experience in the insurance industry
