Argenta Syndicate Management Limited (“ASML”), a subsidiary of Argenta Holdings Limited, announces the promotion of Jacqui Grinberg to the role of chief claims officer, with immediate effect, reporting to Carol-Ann Burton, ASML director and general counsel for Argenta Group.
A qualified solicitor, Grinberg joined Argenta in 2023 as deputy head of claims with a strong background in claims management. She previously held the roles of head of strategic claims management and performance at W.R. Berkley Syndicate Management Limited and head of claims at W.R. Berkley (Europe) Limited.
Grinberg’s principal focus will be to develop and drive Argenta’s claims strategy, to align more closely claims and underwriting teams, harness the power of evolving data and digital capabilities and drive a culture of continuous improvement, focused on service excellence and positive customer outcomes.
