Arrowhead Intermediaries (Arrowhead) has announced the appointment of Steven Beard as Chief Executive Officer, International. He will join the firm in February 2026 and be based in London.
Beard will be reporting to Steve Boyd, Chief Executive Officer of Arrowhead Intermediaries, joining a leadership team that brings deep experience, strategic vision and a shared commitment to excellence. Arrowhead is one of the world’s largest delegated authority platforms, streamlining access to 400+ carriers and 190 programs into a single platform while preserving each business’s entrepreneurial culture.
Beard will use his extensive skillset to oversee Arrowhead’s international remit, including entities such as global specialty MGA Nexus and specialty broker Bridge Specialty International.
Beard joins from Charles Taylor, where he held the role of Group President. His broking career has included senior roles at Ardonagh Group, Corant Group and RFIB, also bringing vast experience from firms in broader sectors such as Xchanging, Agilisys, Globalwave and Redwave.
