Willis, a WTW business (NASDAQ:WTW) today announced that Faris Nimri has been appointed as Head of Construction for Western Europe. Based in Switzerland, Nimri will help drive the company’s Construction strategy across Western Europe, reflecting Willis’ regional growth ambitions.
Nimri will work closely with regional leadership to strengthen collaboration across markets, connect specialist talent and expertise, and bring the full breadth of Willis’ Construction capabilities to clients across the region.
Nimri brings more than 15 years of experience, spanning construction engineering and specialty insurance. Joining from SwissRe, Nimri served as Global Head of Renewable Energy, where he oversaw global strategy, financial performance and operations across both construction and operational phases and led work on large-scale, technically complex projects worldwide.
His combination of engineering expertise, underwriting knowledge and international leadership experience positions him strongly to lead Willis’ Construction business across Western Europe. In the role, he will focus on evolving the regional proposition, deepening client relationships and helping clients navigate increasingly complex risk environments across diverse markets.
