Willis, a WTW business (NASDAQ:WTW) has today announced that Tony Simm has been appointed as the Head of Facultative for Europe and GB to lead on delivering high quality solutions to clients across multiple territories and lines of business.
Prior to his new role, Simm was Head of Facultative for GB within Willis’ Direct & Facultative business. With two decades of industry experience, he has held senior reinsurance broking roles at Gallagher Re and Guy Carpenter, bringing deep technical expertise and a strong track record of developing innovative facultative placements. In his new position, Simm will be responsible for setting the growth strategy for the Europe and GB Facultative teams, attracting and developing top-tier broking talent, and strengthening relationships with cedants and reinsurers.
