Based in the US for the last 4 years, Carter joins from BMS Group and has spent nineteen years working across US insurance and reinsurance markets, with a career defined by international breadth and technical expertise. She brings more than fifteen years of specialist experience in accident & health and a broad international perspective spanning multiple jurisdictions.
In her new role, she will focus on connecting program businesses, capacity providers, and reinsurers through bespoke, capital aligned solutions that deliver long term value.
