Whitespace, the fully digital e-trading platform and a Verisk company, has announced the launch of “Whitespace for Desktop” in partnership with DataPro.
Whitespace for Desktop allows users to interact with Whitespace via Microsoft applications, enabling users to upload and download structured data from Excel to create draft contracts or inline Schedules of Values. It also allows for the insertion of contract defined data or entire MRC section contents from Whitespace contracts directly into documents using Word, enabling organisations to format and brand documents with the power and flexibility of Word.
Whitespace for Desktop offers a comprehensive email integration feature that streamlines communication and collaboration within the platform. Users can effortlessly draft emails using Whitespace contract data and receive desktop notifications and view additional information. Whitespace’s chat feature will also be integrated into the application, allowing for conversations across contracts through multiple chat windows.
